I was astonished to see one book published. Now I’m about to see my fifth novel released to the world.
Well, at least a slice of the world!
One week from tomorrow is the official release date. I’ll be holding a launch party at Sassafras on Sutton–a charming bookstore in Black Mountain, NC–on Sunday, November 3. Here’s hoping readers like this latest story!
In honor of book #5 I thought I’d do a drawing for a signed copy. If you live in the United States you’re eligible to win. Just comment below with something you’d like to have one more of than I do books. So, six books, puppies, chocolate cupcakes, days of vacation–anything! I’ll draw a winner from everyone who enters by midnight (Eastern time) on Wednesday.
Good luck!
I’d love to have six huge cups of really good coffee. Maybe tea? Your choice.
Congrats on your book! I can’t wait to read my autographed copy!!!
Will any of those be decaf 😉 Thank you and I like your confidence!

6 more waking hours every day
Ha! Most of us are wishing for six more hours of sleep!
I would like to have six more days with my Mom who passed away in 1985. So many things I would ask her advice on. Just one more time to give her a hug and let her know how much she is loved.
Oh! What a lovely thing to have six more of.
I would like 6 Lindor Lindt dark chocolate truffles and 6 places to hide them so my granddaughter doesnt find them. Lol. Just kidding. I will share.
Maybe six for you and six for your granddaughter? I actually enjoyed one of those last night. Such a treat!
I would like to have six days with my children and grandchildren. Maybe I should make that 2 days with son #1 and his family, 2 days with my daughter and her 6 children, and 2 days with son #2 and his 3 children. Not sure I could manage 6 days with 15 people. 😄
That sounds like wise planning! Maybe you could throw in 6 cook/housekeepers as well–one for each day so you can focus on family!

Ha! I hear you. And I know what to get you for Christmas 😉
I would love to have 6 more days in Lake Junaluska to rest and rejuvenate.

Yuck to the cold! Yes, sleeping it off sounds like an excellent plan.
There are times I would like to have 6 hands to keep up with all the balls I am spinning. I could multitask much better. Looking forward to reading the latest book.

I hear you!
I would like to have 6 more days of summer
I’ll trade you six days of summer for six days of fall!
Six days with no pain.
Oh Connie, I’m so sorry. I’ll be praying for no pain for you.
I can think of many non-materialistic things that would benefit only me (like time with my late son) but honestly, I sure could help a lot of people in need right now if I had six million dollars!! I have all I need and I’d just like to help others who are struggling.
Now that’s a great wish for six of something!
I’d like six of/six more of so many things… Books (I don’t even have enough space for the ones I have), puppies (if I don’t have to pay for them or clean up after them), days with my mom and dad (but that would never be enough), weeks of vacation to drive to and vacation in Alaska…I could go on and on…Teach me Lord to be content with what I have.
I love your prayer. And I love that you’re wise enough to ask for six WEEKS of vacation instead of six days 😉
I would like to have 6 days of quiet. No interruptions, no screaming kids, no husband asking a million questions. Just quiet and a good book or 6.
I think I might take six MINUTES! Okay, six hours.
I would love six days of vacation on a beach with my children and grandchildren.
Love that you’re including your family in your six!
I’d would love to own six horses!!
Does that count as a herd?
Six? Oh my that sounds lavish. Perhaps six days overlooking the Pacific Ocean with a wonderful stack of 6 books. My kind of fun.
That sounds perfect!
It’s getting cold here so it would be nice to have six new sweaters to wear to work. I always enjoy your books. Thanks for the giveaway.
I love those first days of sweater weather! Not so much by the time February rolls around, though 🙂
Right now, I would six nights of dinner made, or six days with a house cleaner! Life is so crazy right now that I would be happy with six new tooth brushes for the six people in my house! LOL!
I can probably hook you up with six toothbrushes . . . 😉

Yes–days on end with beloved family members!
I’d like 6 more months of spring in a year. It is my favorite season!
I’d be in favor of five months of spring, five months of fall and just a month each of summer and winter. Who do we talk to about that?
Six days to do nothing but read….preferably somewhere warm!
And I’ll take six days to do nothing but write!
I would love to have 6 all-expences-paid trips to anywhere in the world. I’ve not had the ability to travel much, so that would be amazing! Congrats on your sixth novel! That’s exciting.

I would love six more books!
Or more!
My husband has had a lot of health issues (three surgeries) the last two years and we just haven’t been able to get away, so right now I would LOVE to have six days of vacation, preferably at the beach. Would also love to take your book along with me. Thank you!
My books travel to the beach more often than I do! Hope you get a break soon 🙂
Six cups or tea with books to read….
That should be “six cups of tea with books to read….”
My favorite beverage! Out of lovely, chine teacups.
I’d like to get all six books.
That would make me happy, too!
