I’m posting a day early because, as of last night, you can pre-order my novel! (Note the use of just one exclamation point. There are a lot more inside my head.) My friend Rachel McMillan alerted me to the announcement from Bethany House and I, well, bounced in my chair like a five-year-old about to climb on a merry-go-round.
It suddenly feels so real.
Although it’s still a long time until the official release–August 5, 2014. I’ve avoided pregnancy metaphors, but that’s almost exactly nine months so bring ’em on! The excitement, the sense of no-turning-back, the wondering if I’ll be any good at this published author thing, decorating the nursery . . . oh, wait. I guess I won’t need to do that last one.
But there is a great deal to get ready. And I’m SO looking forward to it.
